Baltali Goat Labneh
The generic name of “labne” in fact has origins in Middle East and is only produced from %100 goat milk since ages.
Thus, remaining dedicated to its production methods and its name, we produce Baltali Goat Labneh for our valuable consumers. You can use it in when cooking sweets; or at breakfast; or use it just like Middle Easterners and put it on pide or lavash; adding a pinch of zahter onto it before placing it into the oven.
