Are there any additives or preservatives in your cheese products?
At Baltali Dairy we reflect a way of life that is against the use of additives to prolong the shelf life of our products for economic reasons. We thus refuse to include any additives or preservatives in our products for the sake of more profitability that would contradict with human health and process goat milk accordingly.
